
More rescued-from-cassette selections for today: Billy Hall and the Greenwood Mountain Boys, whose 1976 Blue Grass Hymn Time I committed to tape in 1994 and have now given new digital life. (Pompous? Me?) I think you'll like it. Sorry to say, I've found all of absolutely nothing about the group, the group leader, or this LP in my Google searching. The record label--Gloryland--is (was?) a Columbus, Ohio outfit, and so the group may have been from central Ohio. Or not.
Very professional bluegrass on these tracks, so somebody's got to know something. Anyway, now you know all I know. To the sides:
