Hey Lee,

Love what you're shareing-- I would love to have Grofe's DEATH VALLEY SUITE. Is this public domain yet?

I don't think so. At any rate, both Grofe's Capital performance and the (relatively) recent NAXOS versions are both on CD, which is why I didn't post either! I do have a little-known recording of one of the movements, "Desert Water Hole." I'll have to put that one back up....

Search my archives for Grofe--most of the postings are still active.
